The Grand Blanc de Blancs by Gosset, presented here in a magnum bottle, is a champagne of great finesse. Made with Chardonnays from the premier cru and grand cru terroirs of Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Villers-Marmery, this Blanc de Blancs is remarkably elegant.
It is a champagne with a golden color and green highlights.
On the nose, you will discover springtime and floral notes of acacia, jonquil, chamomile, and lemongrass.
On the second nose, more indulgent aromas of dried fruit and honey emerge.
On the palate, the Grand Blanc de Blancs Gosset offers a round and supple attack. It is a very structured wine with a beautiful mineral presence, a chalky touch, and a hint of iodine and salt.
A superb, full-bodied and rich Blanc de Blancs champagne that will pair wonderfully with an aperitif, oysters or grilled lobster.
