The Rosé cuvée from Gamet is a deliciously indulgent champagne with round, fruity notes.
It is made from the Rive Droite cuvée, a blend of 60% Pinot Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir, to which 9% Pinot Meunier red wine vinified on the estate is added.
The Rosé Gamet is aged in stainless steel vats to preserve its freshness, which balances the richness of the red wine.
This cuvée spends at least two years in the cellars of the house to develop its aromatic palette before being offered for tasting.
The Rosé de la Maison Gamet has a salmon-pink color with fine, lively bubbles.
On the nose, this champagne offers very rich notes reminiscent of grenadine. It has an expressive and fruity nose.
On the palate, the attack is clean and taut, with acidity that returns in the mid-palate and perfectly balances the generous notes of this cuvée.
A beautiful cuvée that will pair well with red fruit desserts, but also with savory dishes such as white meat or sweet and savory dishes.
