The 2012 Nature cuvée from Maison Franck Pascal is an undosed champagne of absolute purity.
The year 2012 was characterized by a rainy spring and a gloomy start to summer. But from mid-August onwards, summer settled in Champagne, bringing very dry weather and warm temperatures until the end of the harvest. The 2012 harvest was relatively modest, contributing to the concentration of the wines.
Each grape variety is vinified with its natural yeasts, and malolactic fermentation is spontaneous. The wine develops its identity and personality at the pace of the seasons at the natural temperature of the cellar. Clarification is achieved by racking.
The Franck Pascal winery stands out for its natural winemaking methods, which allow the wine, the terroir, and the particular characteristics of each vintage to express themselves to the fullest.
Since 2005, energy has come to the Franck Pascal winery to fill a void, just as biodynamics filled a void in the vineyard.
"For an exceptional experience, immense purity, infinite vibrations, and a feeling of openness. It is a privilege to taste these delicious sensations. You feel truly connected to the present. Serenity opens the mind and dispels the distracting thoughts of everyday life. A truly great champagne to delight connoisseurs and enthusiasts alike." Franck Pascal
