Cuvée Les Belles Voyes from Franck Bonville is a champagne for connoisseurs, featuring the beautiful terroir of Oger.
This cuvée is made from Chardonnay grapes from the Les Belles Voyes parcel located on the Grand Cru terroir of Oger, a terroir renowned for its minerality and purity.
On this plot, the grapes are always very ripe, isolated and pressed separately. The juices are vinified in Burgundy barrels, followed by long aging on the lees in the bottle.
There's no dosage, as the blend of several years brings out the gourmandise naturally.
This is a champagne with the beautiful floral notes typical of Chardonnay, and the buttery, honeyed, vanilla notes of wood. The palate is mineral and fresh.
Les Belles Voyes Franck Bonville can be enjoyed as an aperitif, or with smoked fish, seafood or poultry.
