Description

Blanc de Blancs Vieilles Vignes Nature from Francis Boulard has been crafted from the grapes of old vines aged on average 35 years old growing in the flinty limestone soils of the Massif de Saint Thierry.

This Blanc de Blancs is a cuvee of great character, which is entirely undosed to enable the wine to freely express itself.

This is a very vertical, mineral cuvee, totally natural and unforgiving with neophytes.
