Fabrice Pouillon's Mareuil Rouge is a red wine made from Pinot Noir grapes grown on the great Mareuil-sur-Aÿ terroir.
The berries are macerated for 18 days, followed by traditional vinification in oak barrels, without filtration to preserve the soul of a great wine. A slight deposit may appear, but it is natural and of no consequence.
This is a red wine with a deep red color. It offers blackberry notes underlined by hints of wood and vanilla. An ideal accompaniment to meat dishes.
