Presentation of Fabrice Pouillon

This wine is produced in very small quantities: 650 bottles. Like the Coteaux Blanc, it's the result of my desire to vinify a single barrel of wine from a parcel that, one year, offers a particularly original expression. Why do I do this? To be able to show you what that particular plot of land can produce that year. Here again, experimentation, innovation and the creation of "hand-crafted" wines are the watchwords of my approach, and I'm always delighted to hear your comments on these unique wines!
