Description

Blanc de Blancs from Pouillon is a champagne of great finesse and freshness.

It is crafted uniquely from the Premier Cru terroirs of Mareuil sur Aÿ, Aÿ and Tauxières, vinified in enamelled vats, and completed by reserve wines that have been aged in oak casks and barrels.

This Pouillon Blanc de Blancs is a beautiful pale yellow with greenish gleams.

The nose is elegant, with a multitude of floral notes and a nice mineral touch.

The palate reveals a champagne of extreme finesse, with a finely honed texture and distinctively fruity aromas such as white peach and pear leading to a lightly spicy finish.

This wonderfully refreshing champagne is perfect for aperitif or to accompany the first course of a meal.
