The Rosé Nature signed Drappier is a fruity, generous and lively champagne.
This is a bled rosé obtained by a 2-day maceration of Pinots Noirs. This cuvée is then aged in stainless steel vats in order to preserve the freshness and the aromas of fresh red fruits. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in order to bring a nice balance to this non-dosed wine.
Rosé Nature Dappier has a deep pink color and fine bubbles.
On the nose, there are aromas of strawberry and raspberry, with a floral note.
On the palate, the wine is delicate, we find the aromas of red fruits visible on the nose, enhanced by citrus notes (mandarin), and a small touch of white pepper.
This is a cuvée that will go wonderfully with a salmon carpaccio, sushi, or grilled meats.
