The nose of this Blanc de Blancs Signature cuvée evokes white peach, pear but also more floral notes such as peony. On the palate, a mineral Champagne, slightly biscuity, creamy, enveloping and permeated with permanent freshness.
Ideal as an aperitif. Superb at the table with white meat, fresh smoked salmon with citrus fruits, tagliatelle with scallops.
