      Deutz

      Brut 2010 | Bottle 75cl - Box

The Cuvée Brut 2010 from Maison Deutz is an elegant champagne to accompany an aperitif or a tasty dish such as truffle risotto, poultry puff pastry with lemongrass or crab flan.

Made from Pinot Noir (60%), Chardonnay (30%) and Pinot Meunier (10%), it has a strong character in the colors of 2010.

The 2010 vintage was a very good year, thanks in particular to a warm month of August. As a result, the grapes began to ripen in optimal conditions. As a result, the champagnes obtained are beautifully round and delicious.

The brilliant, light golden-yellow color reveals subtle bronze highlights.

The nose is extremely generous, with ripe fruit aromas characteristic of 2010.

The rich, voluptuous palate is adorned with delicious white-fleshed fruit fragrances such as peach and fleshy yellow cherry. Notes of toast and butter complete the aromatic palette, balanced by a pleasant minerality. The long finish promises great ageing potential.
