On the nose, we discover a cuvée with notes of white fruit and flowers, and on the palate, Deutz Blanc de Blancs 2009 reveals itself to be powerful and concentrated. The champagne unfolds notes of citrus and crisp fruit.
The finish is persistent, vibrating for long seconds on the palate. A superb champagne to serve as an aperitif or with shellfish.
