Cuvée Amour de Deutz Rosé 2006 is a champagne of emotions, with extremely fine bubbles. An exceptional cuvée for exceptional moments.
This cuvée is presented in a superb box containing 2 flutes, the foot of which is adorned with the famous angel, whose statue in the courtyard of the Maison Deutz has become the symbol.
L'Amour de Deutz Rosé 2006 is a blend of 55% Pinot Noir from the terroirs of Aÿ, Verzenay and Bouzy, and 45% Chardonnay from the crus of Avize, Chouilly and Villers-Marmery.
To obtain this rosé champagne, Deutz blends 8% red wine. This is a Pinot Noir wine made from plots of old vines on the Côte d'Aÿ and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ.
Cuvée Amour de Deutz Rosé has an intense pink color with fine bubbles.
The nose reveals delicate notes of red fruit, followed by an evolution towards a spicier touch.
On the palate, the champagne offers a broad, complex aromatic framework. The red-fruit aromas discovered on the nose are repeated, along with more gourmand notes. The balance between power and finesse is particularly well achieved.
The finish is beautiful, long and crystalline.
