Cuvée Amour de Deutz 2010, presented here in magnum, is a superb Blanc de Blancs champagne evoking notes of ripe yellow fruit. This cuvée will be the perfect guest for aperitifs, but also to accompany iodized dishes.
L'Amour de Deutz 2010 is made exclusively from Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, and more specifically from the Grand Cru terroirs of Avize, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cramant and Villers-Marmery.
This is a champagne with a pale gold color and silvery highlights. Its bubbles are fine and unctuous.
The nose reveals complex notes of yellow fruit (apricot, peach, kumquat, mirabelle plum, etc.), followed by floral aromas and a touch of fresh almond.
On the palate, L'Amour de Deutz 2010 opens with a rich, full attack. The creamy texture is carried by a fine tension. The fruity aromas discovered on the nose return.
This cuvée offers excellent ageing potential.
L'Amour de Deutz 2010 goes perfectly with caviar, sushi, sashimi or tuna carpaccio.
