Cuvée Amour de Deutz 2007 is the house's prestige cuvée. A blend of Chardonnay from 3 terroirs (Avize, Mesnil-sur-Oger and Villers-Marmery), it is a blanc de blancs champagne with a crystal-clear, white-gold color.
Cuvée Amour de Deutz 2007 has an expressive, rich and ample nose. It offers a beautiful aromatic complexity with notes of mirabelle plum and nectarine, which evolve on the second nose towards pastry aromas.
On the palate, this cuvée has a clean, lively attack, expressing a fine minerality. The palate is intense, full of freshness, with citrus notes.
Precise, well-crafted, with a subtle, long, pure finish.
