The 2007 vintage produced grapes that were beautifully ripe, but also very lively. The result is a champagne of great uprightness and superb aromatic power.
The Deutz Brut 2007 opens with notes of citrus and white flowers, supported by a beautiful minerality.
After a few moments, the nose becomes deeper, more gourmand, with notes of spices, blond tobacco and brioche.
A fine vintage with great ageing potential.
