Description
Deutz Brut Rosé 2008 is an intense, gourmet champagne.
Made from a blend dominated by 87% Pinot Noir from the terroirs of Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Bouzy, Verzenay and Ambonnay, and completed by 13% Chardonnay.
This is a rosé blend, the fruit of the addition of 10% red wine made by Deutz from old Pinot Noir vines in Aÿ and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ.
Deutz's Brut Rosé 2008 is a rosy-gold color. It is a champagne with fine, numerous bubbles.
On the nose, it's an expressive, powerful cuvée, evolving on aromas of red fruits and berries.
On the palate, this champagne reveals a lively, crisp texture and aromas of strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant.
The finish is elegant, with personality and good length.
