The house's Blanc de Blancs 2007 is a cuvée full of seduction and finesse.
Made from grapes mainly from the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Mesnil sur Oger, Cramant, Oger and Chouilly), this champagne blends freshness, minerality and subtlety.
Deutz Blanc de Blancs 2007 has a limpid color with light bronze highlights. Its bubbles are fine, dense and regular.
On the nose, this champagne reveals notes of white flowers and fresh fruit, supported by a fine minerality.
On the palate, Blanc de Blancs 2007 announces itself with a frank, lively attack. The palate is both powerful and ripe, with aromas of white fruit and lemony notes.
The finish is pure, airy and brioche-like.
