The Brut from Delamotte is a unique champagne, a cuvée that stands out in the sometimes overly stereotypical world of non-vintage bruts.
The personality of Brut Delamotte is a delicate balance between intense fruitiness and a beautiful mineral structure. It is a cuvée based on a majority of Chardonnay, which brings a touch of freshness and lightness, complemented by Pinot Noir for structure and fruit, and Pinot Meunier for density.
Brut Delamotte has a roundness and maturity that comes from 36 months in the cellar.
The nose reveals beautiful brioche and fruity aromas. On the palate, there are aromas of white fruit, pear and a touch of ginger.
This champagne is the perfect accompaniment to an aperitif.
