Description
The cuvée Trio S by Dehours is a unique champagne. It has been created from a perpetual reserve (the Solera method) started in 1998.
Each year, after the wines have been made in vats and in barrels, 30% of the reserve is bottled and the part has been removed is replaced by the current vintage. In this way all the vintages since 1998 are present in the cuvee, making Trio S truly the essence of the memory of the domain !
It is a champagne which is gourmand, melting and expressive which will memorably accompany lobster or grilled oysters.
