Brisefer 2004 is one of Maison Dehours' cuvées de Collection, a selection of Champagnes made from exceptional, unique plots, representing a facet of the Champagne terroir.
It's an elegant, fine champagne with a subtle richness that goes equally well with an aperitif, scallops in carpaccio or langoustine.
The Brisefer parcel is located on the Mareuil le Port terroir, and features an old Chardonnay vineyard planted in 1966 for the major part and in 1992 for a second part.
3334 bottles and 300 magnums of the Brisefer 2004 Dehours cuvée were released.
