The Rosé cuvée from R.H. Coutier is a champagne that combines freshness, elegance, and complexity. With its pale pink color and delicate aromas of red fruits, this cuvée is ideal for lovers of refined rosé champagnes.
The Rosé cuvée is a blended rosé made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, including 6% red wines, all from the Grand Cru terroir of Ambonnay. The base is made from wines from the last harvest, enriched with 23% reserve wines, 30% of which are aged in oak barrels, bringing beautiful complexity and a subtle woody touch. With a precise dosage of 4 g/l, this Extra-Brut cuvée is remarkably fresh. After aging on lees for at least 24 months, this champagne reaches perfect maturity. With only 9,000 bottles produced, this cuvée is a true jewel of finesse and elegance.
The Rosé cuvée is distinguished by its delicate, luminous pale pink color. This color reflects the low proportion of red wine used in its production. It also reflects the R.H. Coutier estate's desire to offer a balanced champagne that combines freshness and indulgence.
The Rosé cuvée has a pale pink-gold color, enlivened by a fine, persistent mousse.
A delicate nose marked by notes of fresh red berries, reminiscent of strawberry and raspberry, with a subtle floral hint.
On the palate, the attack is clean and fruity, with a silky texture. The finish is long and smooth, revealing beautiful depth and lingering freshness.
The price of a bottle of Rosé R.H. Coutier is 40,95 €. With a limited production of 9,000 bottles, this rosé champagne combines great freshness and remarkable complexity, making it an ideal choice for lovers of rosé champagnes.
