Visually very elegant, varying in color from tender coral pink to amber tinted orange and with an intense and energetic effervescence.

This Brut Rosé Millésime 1999 opens on notes of strawberries and raspberries, evolving with great finesse towards more spicy aromas with a touch of vanilla and the presence of sweet grey pepper and finally a hint of sandalwood.

The attack is clean and fresh, in spite of the age of this champagne, and the palate has retained all the fruit notes found on the nose with the emphasis on strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant.

Agreeably floral notes add a touch of elegance to the whole.

The final is incredibly persistent, harmonious and resonant.
