This champagne is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from the finest Grand Cru plotsin Oger and Mesnil-sur-Oger. It is based on aperpetual blending technique, also known as Soléra, which consists of enriching each vintage with wines from previous years, thus imparting unique depth and complexity. Malolactic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats, ensuring a perfect balance between freshness and roundness. Finally, prolonged aging on lees in vaulted cellars gives it a beautiful texture and refined effervescence.
The color of this cuvée is light yellow and crystalline, revealing a dynamic effervescence and bubbles of great finesse.
A racy and expressive nose, combining delicate pear notes and a subtle oxidative touch. It evolves into fresh and refinedcitrus aromas such as grapefruit, accompanied by white flowers and a hint of mint.
The attack is clean and lively, carried by a marked minerality that gives great depth. The palate reveals aromatic complexity, where notes of dried fruit mingle to bring roundness and length. The whole is structured, precise and beautifully persistent.
