This Rosé XV Grand Cru, produced by Maison Cazals, is a rosé champagne that combines liveliness and minerality.
This cuvée is blended from 88% Chardonnay from Clos Cazals and 12% Pinot Noir from Verzenay. Clos Cazals, located in the Oger terroir, is unique in that it is very chalky and produces grapes with a distinct liveliness.
This champagne is vinified and aged in stainless steel vats and undergoes malolactic fermentation. This brut rosé champagne has a dosage of 6 g/L.
Rosé XV Grand Cru has a bright copper color with delicate effervescence.
On the nose, this champagne is rich in candied red and black fruits, followed by delicious notes of pastries and roasted coffee, which complete this beautiful aromatic bouquet.
The palate is lively and mineral with flavors of white fruits and citrus, marked by a long, tangy finish.
This Rosé XV Grand Cru cuvée is perfect as an aperitif but also pairs well with oysters, seafood, sushi, fish, white meat, or a fruity dessert.
