Made exclusively from the historic "Vieilles Vignes" plot planted in 1957 within the Clos Cazals, this champagne embodies the soul of the Côte des Blancs. After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats, 20% of the wines are aged in oak barrels to gain complexity. Aging on lees lasts for nine years in the Maison's vaulted cellars, giving the wine depth and elegance. This cuvée is dosed at only 2 g/L to preserve all its aromatic purity.
