This perpetual Extra Brut Rosé cuvée, produced by Bonnet-Ponson, has developed a beautiful balance between fruity richness and vinosity. Its minimum aging of four years refines its character, developing a mature touch of spices and citrus peel.
This rosé champagne is a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 35% Meunier, from Chamery, Vrigny and Coulommes la Montagne, terroirs classified as Premier Cru in the Montagne de Reims. The different types of soil (clay-limestone, sandy and loamy) on which the vineyard is planted allow the wine to develop a great aromatic richness.
This cuvée is vinified in stainless steel vats (70%) and oak barrels (30%), malolactic fermentation is carried out and ageing on fine lees takes place over 9 months. The champagne is dosed at less than 2.5 g/L to preserve the identity and character of the wine.
This champagne expresses beautiful notes of strawberry, raspberry, and citrus, followed by delicious aromas of brioche, almond, and spices.
This Extra Brut Rosé cuvée will awaken your taste buds as an aperitif.
