This Extra Brut cuvée, produced by Bonnet-Ponson, is a generous and aromatic champagne. It draws its character from the clay-limestone and sandy soils of the "little mountain" of Reims.
This champagne is a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 30% Meunier, sourced from the Premier Cru villages of Chamery, Vrigny and Coulommes la Montagne. The 35-year-old vines are planted on different types of soil ranging from clay-limestone to sandy and loamy.
This Extra Brut cuvée is vinified in stainless steel vats (85%) and oak barrels (15%), aged on fine lees for eight months and dosed at 3 g/L.
This champagne reveals delicate notes of white fruit and lemon zest, followed by delicious aromas of candied fruit, mirabelle plum, and hazelnut.
This Extra Brut cuvée, fruity, delicious and full of freshness, is ideal for accompanying a nice aperitif.
