      Clos Saint Hilaire is an exceptional cuvée. It is named after the patron saint of the village of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, where Billecart-Salmon is based. This champagne comes from a one-hectare vineyard located just behind Billecart-Salmon. Pinots Noirs have been planted and nurtured here since 1964.

      Vinified in oak barrels, this is an exceptional champagne on several counts. Monocépage, monocru, without dosage, it's a cuvée that develops exceptional purity.

      Clos Saint Hilaire 1999 Billecart-Salmon is a cuvée of extraordinary complexity, combining the freshness of chalk, the power of Pinot Noir and the complexity of barrel ageing.

      Clos Saint-Hilaire bottles are numbered. Each vintage comprises no more than 7,500 bottles.
