The Rosé Majeur Ayala combines power, vinosity and elegance with an airy side. The palate reveals aromas of red fruits and small berries. The finish is full and generous.
This cuvée is a superb blend of 51% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier. This blend is complemented by 9% red wine from vines located in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ.
Rosé Majeur Ayala is the ideal companion for a cocktail, but can also work wonders with salmon or even lamb. Finally, it makes an excellent dessert wine with a red fruit tart.
