The 2013 Blanc de Noirs from Maison A.R. Lenoble, presented here in a case, is an exceptional bottle made from a single grape variety, a single terroir, and a single vintage. This 100% Pinot Noir from Bisseuil Premier Cru is a champagne for fine dining.
This champagne is partly vinified in oak, which gives it aromatic depth and a pleasant roundness on the palate. The dosage is very low, at only 2 g/L, allowing the purity of this wine to shine through.
The color is a deep golden hue, with abundant, fine bubbles rising in the glass.
The nose reveals notes of red fruit that gradually evolve into more spicy aromas.
On the palate, the champagne reveals a warm and round attack, with an interesting contrast between richness and fluidity. The red fruit notes blend perfectly with a slight woodiness, supported by a lively acidity that balances the whole. The finish and retro-olfaction reinforce the explosive red fruit aromas.
This Blanc de Noirs 2013 champagne from Maison A.R. Lenoble is vinous and powerful, making it an excellent choice to accompany rich, hearty dishes. Try it with mushroom risotto, monkfish with saffron, or aged cheddar for an unforgettable taste experience.
