The 2016 Cuvée Paradis from Alfred Gratien champagne is a jewel of complexity and elegance. Produced from the best terroirs in Champagne, this cuvée offers a taste experience marked by exotic aromas and a sparkling mineral structure.
The 2016 Cuvée Paradis is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, selected exclusively from Premiers and Grands Crus in Champagne. These grapes come from the most prestigious terroirs of the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs.
True to its style, Alfred Gratien vinifies the wine in small 228-liter oak barrels, allowing it to develop a rich and complex aromatic palette. Malolactic fermentation is blocked to preserve the natural freshness and liveliness of the grapes. After several years of aging in the house's historic cellars, the 2016 Paradis cuvée reveals a harmonious and refined expression, enhanced by minimal dosage that respects the identity of the vintage.
The cuvée is distinguished by a bright golden yellow color, enlivened by extremely fine effervescence, forming an elegant cordon of bubbles.
On the nose, it offers rare intensity with aromas of pineapple, yellow peach, and cashew nuts. Hints of vanilla and mimosa complete this exotic and complex bouquet.
On the palate, the attack is lively and dynamic. The full, silky texture is supported by a beautiful saline minerality, offering a long, chalky finish that promises excellent aging potential.
The price of a bottle of Alfred Gratien Cuvée Paradis 2016 is 99,95 €. This exceptional champagne, produced in small quantities from Premiers and Grands Crus grapes, embodies the elegance of Champagne.
Champagne lovers are unanimous: the 2016 Cuvée Paradis seduces with its aromatic intensity and silky texture. It is particularly appreciated for its ability to enhance the most refined dishes. Read reviews of the 2016 Alfred Gratien Cuvée Paradis to find out more.
