The 2016 Les Vignes Goisses cuvée produced by Adrien Renoir is a fruity and fresh champagne, ideal for enjoying as an aperitif or at the start of a meal.
This cuvée takes its name from a plot located in the village of Verzy. Classified as a Grand Cru, this village is located on the Montagne de Reims. Its chalky soils produce grapes of unique elegance and purity.
Most of the Verzy terroir is planted with Pinot Noir, but this plot is an exception as it is planted with Pinot Meunier.
This 100% Pinot Meunier champagne, from the 2016 vintage alone, was vinified and aged in oak barrels. It is a cuvée with a very light dosage, as the wine is already perfectly balanced!
