Description
Le Cépage is a Blanc de Noirs that completes the Adrien Renoir range.
Cuvée Le Cépage is made exclusively with Pinot Noir from the classified Grand Cru terroir of Verzy, on the Montagne de Reims. This terroir is renowned for its chalky soil, which gives the grapes plenty of freshness and minerality.
The blend is based on wines from the 2020 harvest.
These wines are aged on lees. After 3 years in the house cellars, the wines are disgorged and very lightly dosed at 0.8 g/L.
