The Cuvée Origine from Maison A. Bergère is a fruity and elegant champagne, ideal as an aperitif.
This cuvée is a blend of 70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir, and 10% Pinot Meunier. The grapes come from the terroirs of Fèrebrianges, Etoges, and Congy in the Petit Morin Valley, which are terroirs with limestone, sandy, and clay soils.
The Cuvée Origine A. Bergère has a bright color with fine, lively bubbles.
On the nose, this cuvée reveals notes of fruit (white peach, nectarine, etc.).
On the palate, this champagne has a clean attack, followed by a creamy and elegant mouthfeel. The mid-palate remains fresh, ending with a tense finish.
