Blanc de Blancs from Maison Camille Bonville is a subtle, delicate champagne made exclusively from Chardonnay.
Combining richness and freshness, its minerality from the Grand Cru d'Avize terroir is perfect with an oyster platter or a coconut mousse.
The pale yellow color reveals a fine, sustained effervescence.
The nose is very expressive and fresh. The first notes are mineral (flint) and fruity (citrus), then give way to gourmet aromas with hints of viennoiserie, mocha and almond. Apricot dominates the fruity side of this highly complex nectar.
The palate is very fresh. The same flinty fragrances are combined with generous toasty notes. Full-bodied, with an elegantly persistent finish.
