Sydonios is a young French brand that aims to offer the best tasting glasses in the world. To design the models in their range, Baptiste Larbre and Antoine Schvartz, the two founders, met with over 100 wine professionals and read dozens of scientific studies on the expression of wine aromas. These discussions and research led to the creation of seven models. All were tested by a panel of around 100 tasters, and the best and most accurate designs were selected.
Two carafe models were also created, based on the selected glasses.
The L'Universel carafe allows wines to open up perfectly. It brings great precision to many wines, especially champagnes. It enhances white wines, light red wines, and champagnes by allowing them to express their nuances to the fullest.
In addition to its immense oenological qualities, the L'Universel carafe is an incredibly delicate and lightweight object.

It is made of lead-free crystal, is mouth-blown, and has a capacity of 140 cl.
