Description
The Les Loges 1er Cru cuvée by Nicolas Maillart is a champagne that is full-bodied, structured, and vinous, with a beautiful minerality.
This champagne is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes from the Les Loges plot located in the Premier Cru terroir of Villers-Allerand, on the Montagne de Reims.
These grapes are vinified in oak barrels, without added sulfites. The aging process lasts eight months.
This Blanc de Noirs is not dosed; Nicolas Maillart has chosen to let the purity of the wine and the structure of the Pinot Noir grapes express themselves.
Les Loges 1er Cru Nicolas Maillart has a golden color with sparkling highlights.
On the nose, there are lovely notes of yellow fruit and a touch of vanilla.
On the palate, this Blanc de Noirs starts with a lovely fresh attack, then unfolds beautiful fruit notes. The texture of the wine is very elegant and refined.
