Description
Franck Pascal is one of those highly committed and passionate winemakers in Champagne. He produces beautiful wines using certified organic and biodynamic cultivation and winemaking methods.
The Cuvée Pacifiance Nature is produced in very small quantities, only 468 bottles per year. Made from a blend of the 2006 and 2007 vintages of the Cuvée Quinte Essence, this champagne is incredibly complex and particularly aromatic.
The color is golden with fine bubbles.
On the nose, there are notes of white fruits as well as roasted and even spicy notes.
On the palate, it is beautifully silky with a long finish and hints of sea salt.
