For the first time ever, Plus de Bulles has selected three wines from its annual Rosé collection to offer you this unique gift set!
We have chosen to bring together:
The Brut Rosé produced by Maison Louis Nicaise is a delicious, generous champagne with notes of red berries.
This champagne is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from the Premier Cru terroir of Hautvillers, complemented by 12% red Champagne wine from the Grand Cru terroir of Aÿ.
This rosé champagne is vinified and aged in stainless steel vats to preserve its freshness. To the same end, part of the malolactic fermentation is blocked, giving the champagne great liveliness.
The Brut Rosé from Maison Louise Nicaise is a cuvée of great finesse and flavor, with notes of red berries. It is a very pure champagne, ideal as an aperitif.
The Cuvée Royale Rosé from Maison Joseph Perrier is a blend of one quarter Chardonnay and three quarters Pinot (Noir and Meunier), a champagne focused on fruit and vinosity.
This Rosé is obtained by adding 12% red wine from the Cumières terroir.
The Cuvée Royale Rosé Joseph Perrier has a bright orange-pink color and a lively, fine effervescence.
This champagne has a nose of red fruits, wild violet, and licorice.
On the palate, the attack is elegant and racy, with beautiful expressiveness. The fruity notes discovered on the nose are found again. The finish is long, marked by subtle menthol notes.
The Rosé de Meunier by Aurélien Laherte is an atypical champagne, a cuvée with a complex aromatic palette, which is particularly enjoyable when paired with gourmet dishes.
This champagne is made exclusively from Meunier grapes using a combination of three winemaking techniques. Part of the wine (30%) is macerated to add body and richness. A second part (60%, half of which is reserve wine) is vinified in the traditional way to bring freshness, and the third part is vinified as red wine.
The wine is then bottled and aged in the cellars of the House for several years. After disgorging, this Rosé de Meunier is dosed Extra-Brut at 2.5g/L.
This cuvée offers a wide range of aromas, from small berries to rose petals and blood orange. A vibrant cuvée.
