Clément Perseval is part of a new generation of talented and creative Champagne winemakers!
His champagnes are just like him: authentic and sincere. In the vineyard, Clément Perseval prioritizes biodiversity, and in the cellar, the young winemaker takes a natural approach to winemaking. This allows for natural dosage, achieved thanks to the residual sugar from fermentation.
His range consists of three cuvées: a Blanc de Blancs, a Blanc de Noirs, and a Brut Premier Cru.
