Thiénot's Brut Rosé cuvée stands out for its elegance, black berry aromas, and creamy flavors. This delicious, sapid champagne reveals a unique aromatic palette with the freshness of red fruit.
Made from 45% Pinot Noir, including 7% red wine from old vines, it is complemented by 35% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier. The reserve wines that make up 45% of this Brut Rosé give the Thiénot house its strong identity and sought-after style.
After aging for four years in the cellar, this perfectly balanced champagne reveals lovely aromas of raspberry, morello cherry, and blackcurrant. On the palate, red and black fruit flavors come together in a subtle marriage of density and lightness.
Its many facets make this champagne ideal as an aperitif, paired with tapas, for example, or with a red fruit dessert or fresh fruit salad.
