This Brut cuvée opens the Maison's range and invites you to discover its style and expertise. Here, Maison Thiénot presents its magnum version in a limited edition designed by artist Fefe Talavera.
In this artistic creation, Fefe invites viewers to plunge into the effervescent night of nature, a rich, multi-faceted world that mirrors the delicate aromas of the Brut blend. This colorful work of art displays great finesse of execution, an ideal graphic transposition of Maison Thiénot's assertive, modern style based on Finesse, Fruit and Freshness.
A blend of the three traditional Champagne grape varieties (35% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir and 20% Meunier), 35% of it is made from reserve wines, ensuring the continuity of the House style.
After 5 years' ageing in the House cellars, this pretty cuvée takes on a golden hue, topped by a lively, delicate effervescence.
The nose is powerful, with notes of orchard fruit, juicy peach, pear and yellow fruit.
Long and delicate on the palate, this is undeniably a gourmet champagne with fruity aromas.
Ideal as an aperitif, this cuvée goes perfectly with fish tartar, oysters or shellfish.
