The Pop Bulle allows you to open a bottle of champagne safely. This device is a type of corkscrew for sparkling wines designed by Screwpull. Simply place the Pop Bulle on the cork and apply slight pressure to pop the cork as if the bottle were being opened by hand, before being stopped by the Pop Bulle.
