Savart's Dame de Coeur 2008 is the epitome of Frédéric Savart's savoir-faire. It's a superb cuvée, with an elegance worthy of the great Burgundy whites.
This blanc de blancs from Chardonnay vines in Ecueil and Villers-aux-Nœuds is astonishingly intense.
A discreetly effervescent cuvée, it simply awakens the taste buds and the palate.
On the nose, Dame de Coeur du Champagne Savart unfurls intense aromas with notes of fresh fruit and a touch of toast.
On the palate, the wine becomes more intense, deeper, with a magnificent structure. There's a lovely minerality that supports a solid, fruity structure.
