The Terre de Rosé cuvée by Régis Poissinet is a champagne that is both light and sunny. One of the finest macerated rosés in Champagne.

It is a limited edition cuvée made from the magnificent 2018 harvest. Given the maturity and richness of the Pinot Meuniers, Régis Poissinet decided to make a macerated rosé. This technique, rare in Champagne, allows all the intensity of the grapes to be extracted, along with their fruity and spicy aromas and the crispness of the berries.

The wine was then aged in oak barrels and bottled with cork stoppers to allow its aromas to develop for just over a year. In November 2020, it was racked and dosed at 1g/L.

Terre de Rosé is a cuvée with a deep pink color and almost red highlights. Its bubbles are very delicate.

On the nose, this champagne reveals notes of small red berries, sweet spices, and kirsch cherries.

The aromas on the palate are intense, with notes of cherry and a lovely freshness that supports the palate.

This is a rare cuvée, as Régis Poissinet has only produced 661 bottles.
