Brut Sélection by Mumm is an exceptional marriage of 5 Champagne Grand Crus. It offers complex aromas of candied citrus fruits, honey, spices and fruit, underlined by an expressive minerality - the aperitif champagne par excellence.

Brut Sélection brings together the 5 Grand Cru parcels belonging to Mumm : Verzenay (acquired in 1840), Cramant (1882), Avize (1906), plus Aÿ and Bouzy (1914). These exceptional terroirs which are amongst the most magnificent in the region combine to create a unique champagne.

The grapes from each terroir are pressed separately to respect their individual personality and allow blending of great precision.

Mumm Brut Sélection glistens intensely gold, with deep reflections that dance with a multitude of fine bubbles.

The nose offers fresh aromas with good acidity in a symphony of crystalized citrus fruits (mandarin, lemon) and honey, evolving towards white flowers, vanilla and dried fruit.

With a fresh and powerful attack, the palate is opulent and fruity with aromas that fill the mouth and extend to the delicately lingering final.

This champagne should be served at a slightly higher temperature than usual, around 12°C, in order to best appreciate all its aromatic complexity.
