Description
Marriage of Chardonnay from the right bank of the Marne and Pinot from the left bankPresentation of Jean-Paul Hébrart
It's a cuvée I imagined, drawing on the richness and diversity of the estate's vineyards, which stretch along both banks of the Marne.
I vinified the Rive Gauche/Rive Droite cuvée in wood, without filtration, and the dosage is extremely light.
I love the complexity, harmony and controlled intensity of this cuvée.
