Louis par Laure 2008 is a Premier Cru from this beautiful vintage. With 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, its terroirs are respectively limestone and stony.
Fruity and mineral on the nose, it reveals notes of pastry, apricot and green tea. On the palate, it's a rich, greedy champagne with good tension. It plays on aromas of honey and white and yellow fruit. Topped with fine bubbles, Louis par Laure is well-stretched and round, with a lively, fresh finish.
