Description
This Brut Réserve from Louis Nicaise is lively and fruity, with a pronounced nose of mint, exotic fruit, and caramel, revealing a delicious salty palate. Rich on the palate, it is topped by fine, sustained bubbles that lead to a beautiful finish of syrupy fruit.
The Louis Nicaise estate is located in Hautvilliers, in the original Champagne region, where the house's Premiers Crus come from. With a low dosage of 8g/L, this brut reserve is made from the three Champagne grape varieties: 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, and 30% Pinot Meunier.
Best enjoyed at around 9°C, this is a cuvée with character, ideal as an aperitif.
